Alexander S. Lee
President & Chief Operating Officer
Over the past 20 years, Alex has held positions in strategic planning, corporate and business development, program management and law with private and public technology companies. Prior to joining Phoenix, Alex served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning for OSI Systems' security group, which is a leading developer of high energy inspection systems. During his tenure at OSI, Alex's business unit won, managed and executed on the company's largest contracts with U.S. Government clients, such as DOD CENTCOM, DHS, CBP and TSA. Prior to OSI, Alex held senior management positions with technology companies funded by Clayton, Dublier & Rice, Intel Capital, and Microsoft. Alex is a graduate of Brown University and the University of California, King Hall School of Law.
