Dennis Hogan
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Dennis has extensive experience as a Senior Financial Executive with expertise in most areas of Finance and Accounting. He has 20 years of direct experience working as either a Controller or a Chief Financial Officer for companies such as AirCal, American Restaurant Group and Process Claims. Dennis has extensive experience working on multi-million dollar equity and debt financings for public and private companies. Dennis holds certifications as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Cash Manager (CCM), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and Enrolled Agent with the IRS (EA). Dennis began his accounting career with the Army Corps of Engineers. Dennis has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Southern California, where he was a Trustee Scholar and elected Phi Beta Kappa.
