Kent Redwine

Kent brings over a decade of strategic and corporate finance experience to Phoenix. Prior to Phoenix, he was a Vice President in the CleanTech investment banking practice at a boutique investment bank in San Francisco, CA where he raised capital for and advised a number of CleanTech-focused companies engaged in the production of thin film solar panels (Ascent), electric vehicles (Zenn Motor Company, Quantum Fuel Technologies, and Phoenix Motorcars), advanced batteries (Ener1 and Axion Power) and sustainable biofuels. Prior to this, he spent seven years in the merger and acquisitions groups of Bank of America and Thomas Weisel Partners where he advised clients, in a variety industries, on over 20 transactions with a value in excess of $20 billion. Mr. Redwine earned a double degree in Chemistry and Economics from Claremont McKenna College in 1995 and was an undergraduate summer-intern at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories.
