Our mission within the service department is to provide the customer with a superior product and outstanding service. We will meet and exceed customer expectations and maintain a high standard of excellence.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Maintenance is recommended by Phoenix Cars and its partnering manufacturers to maintain warranty and component longevity. All services should be performed by a certified EV trained technician.

PHOENIX MOTORCARS SERVICE PROGRAM

Phoenix Service Program offers a full range of services and covers all of your maintenance needs. Our technicians are highly trained and certified and our shop is equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment to help us better serve you. Regular service and maintenance ensures a worry free driving experience.

  • Complete maintenance schedule and comprehensive 24 point vehicle inspections conducted by a Certified Phoenix Technician.
  • Charger maintenance and filter replacement as needed.
  • Replacement of all interior and exterior LED lights.
  • All required wheel alignment, tire rotations, brake pads and rotors as needed and windshield wiper replacement.
  • 2V battery replacement.
  • Free access to Phoenix Telematics Connect system. (Valued at $89 / month)
  • Digital tracking of all service history as well as automatic generated service requests.
  • Driver and dispatch training for certification. We will train and certify your drivers.
  • Discounted services plan rates for fleets.
  • Electric Vehicle CHP D.O.T. inspection available as part of Phoenix Service Program. (optional)
